The swimmer can email a YouTube link of up to 15 minutes of quality video. The video of your swimming should clearly show off your stoke, turn, or start technique. Coach Sarah will review the video and then schedule a time to chat on Skype to review any tips. An email summary of the tips will be included and sent to the swimmer.
Once you checkout, I will be in touch via email to arrange a time for a Skype conversation at the earliest convenient time for both of us. Prior to our conversation, you will be expected to have uploaded your videos to YouTube. You must send a link to those videos to the A Swim Life email at least 48 hours in advance or your appointment is subject to rescheduling.
