For many of us swimming is a big part of our lives. So many of us have been competitive swimming since we were children, others have just recently discovered the sport. But we all have one thing in common, swimming has made our lives better through the health, peace, and freedom it provides. It truly is a way of life for all of us!! I’m here to make it easier for you! Here to keep you accountable, on track, and constantly improving your strengths!
Free Swimming Workouts
My mission is to provide you free swimming workouts every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for your personal swim session.
Simply print out and post the workouts to your kick board poolside and it is as simple as that (water proof cases for phones are available as well). Gather your swim buddies and even create your own team. My workouts all follow a similar outline so that you can have a regular swim routine at each practice. We always have a warm up, a small drill set, a main set, and a warm down. I generally keep them to around 3,000 yards. I’ve found that this yardage is the perfect amount for most master swimmers to work towards in one hour. If you need to reduce some of the yardage, that’s ok. Remember what you do matters over how much yardage you do. Intervals vary among everyone’s level, so I will likely offer rest amounts instead. If you are looking for a legend of different sets, click here. Monday workouts are freestyle, Wednesday workouts are IM, and Fridays are choice/stroke work day.

Here are some benefits of a Virtual Swim Coach
♦You don’t have to have a pool that allows personal coaches. Often times pools require lessons of any kind to be performed by a staff member only.
♦You will have your own videos to visually show your progress!
♦Virtual coaching has much less overhead, so you get the same quality swim coach for less expense!
♦Finding your swim coach is no longer an intimidating process. No need to sink your money into expensive subscriptions /personal on site coaches. A Swim Life can be here for 1 on 1 virtual consults as often or as little as you need!
Swimmer Testimonials
Don’t take my word for it – here’s what my swimmers say:I was a little squeamish about swimming again after 40 years. Sarah has unique insight into the mind of an old competitor. My stroke patterns have improved. My endurance is much better, AND I have lost 40 pounds.
