Good Morning, I think we’ve been a little too slack… Let’s get rid of the drill set today and get moving! 

Warm Up

800 Swim / 200 Kick / 200 Pull

= 800 yds

Main Set

4 x 200 yards IM in reverse order

20 Seconds Rest

= 800 yds

Main Set #2

12  x 100, 3 of each stroke, consistent speeds on whole 100

15 seconds rest

= 1200 yds
